Our role

Strategy, design & build

The challenge

Product is a profession without an institution.

Unlike law, accounting or engineering, product management has no shared standards body — practice varies wildly and credibility is hard to signal.

  • No common standards or shared frameworks
  • Practice quality varies enormously between teams
  • No institutional home to anchor the profession

Our approach

Build the institution's platform like a product.

We designed a platform with the gravitas of a professional body and the usability of a modern product — standards, frameworks and tools people actually use.

  • Information architecture for standards and frameworks
  • An institutional design language with product-grade UX
  • Tooling that turns standards into daily practice

The outcome

The professional body, live and growing.

The IPP is live as the global home for product professionals — a credible institution with a platform built to scale with the profession.

  • Live global platform
  • Standards and frameworks in active use
  • An architecture ready for membership and certification

Built end to end.

What we learned.

Institutions need product thinking

Credibility comes from rigour and usability — a standards body that's hard to use undermines its own authority.

Design language is positioning

The platform's visual gravitas is doing strategic work: it signals that product is a discipline, not a trend.

Standards must be usable

Frameworks only shape practice when they're tools people reach for, not PDFs people file.
